Cycle 5 mins
5 burpees x 2
5 ring pull ups
10 squats x 2
5 pistols x 2

WOD: 7 rounds of 5 muscle ups - 10 pistol squats (on each leg) for time

(Right leg needs more work, felt like a had a massive knot in my glute!)
