20/04/10 Crossfit Reading Strength and Power Meet

So just to remind myself for what I need to be thinking about training for, the event consists of...

1) A vehicle pull
2) A deadlift event
3) A loading event
4) A heavy medley (?)
5) A single object carry
...and another medley!

Maybe I'll get some more info nearer the time
